We provide a monthly seated massage in the office provided by a qualified masseuse.  Also provided is a generous Employee Assistance program as well as clinical supervision for front line staff.

 

Gifted Leave

We currently close the office between Christmas and New Year, the working days during this time are granted to employees as gifted leave.

We currently pay 5% above award (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award).

Salary Sacrifice

We are able to offer a full range of salary sacrifice options. You can allocate over $15,000 to personal expenses before tax. This reduces your tax bill significantly and puts more money in your pocket.
