Emergency Relief
Pivot Support Services Community team have expertise providing supports for people who might be regarded as “at risk” or otherwise disadvantaged, for example:
People experiencing, or at risk of homelessness;
People with disability issues, especially mental ill health;
People experiencing financial hardship;
People impacted by Family Domestic Violence (perpetrators & victims);
Recently released prisoners;
People with complex needs and requiring coordination of services
Pivot’s Community team have developed meaningful relationships with other regional service providers, including specific referral pathways. This collaborative approach has been well received in the region by both service users and providers
Pivot works with people to access supports to meet their needs by direct service provision and by way-finding and referral to funded support services in the person’s location.
