IAN NEIL (CEO)

Ian commenced as Manager in March 2016 and in that time has realigned the organisation to put it on a sustainable and professional platform. Ian has a Bachelor of Business (RMIT) and has an Advanced Diploma in Management, he has worked nationally and internationally on business development and strategic planning. He brings to the organisation strengths in governance, policy and risk.

MELINDA MISSON (MANAGER – COMMUNITY)

Melinda worked as a mental health nurse before completing a Bachelor of Social Work and then a Masters in Health Counselling. Before joining Pivot, Melinda worked for the WA Country Health Service as a Senior Social Worker.

JOLENE OLDE (MANAGER - REINTEGRATION)

Jolene has a Bachelor of Social Science and has recently completed a Master's in Business Administration. Jolene has experience in working with indigenous communities and in prisons.
